Her presence at social gatherings always gets a head-turning effect because of her flambouyant dressing. Artiste, Linda Rapheal popularly known as D’Bling is about to unravel a side of her that is unknown to her fans.
The former actress and model has told NET of her plan to begin a church ministry in 2013.
According, to her, ‘there is a godly and spiritual side of me that most people do not know. I have a calling in the ministry and I’m answering that call’.
DB is the first entertainer since Eucharia Anunobi’s famously got ordained as an evangelist in 2011, to leave the stage and head for the alter.
The artiste who was on Sunday January 20, 2012 awarded along with other celebrities including Sunny Neji and J Martins, the status of a UN ambassador also told NET that the parcel of land for the proposed church has already been acquired and she hopes to get through with Bible college before commencing on the ministry.
DB currently runs a foundation, ‘Celebrity Love for Orphans ’, which she has been using to gather celebrities to identify with orphans.
Apart from her Church project, DB says she’s also hoping to launch her own clothing line, D’Bling Diamond (DBD) International in February 2013.
