Rwandan Senate President Resigns after being Accused of Incompetence

Kigali (dpa/NAN) – The President of the Rwandan Senate, Jean-Damascene Ntawukuriryayo, resigned on Wednesday after he was accused of incompetence. He was succeeded by his deputy, Bernard Makuza.
